    Fabulous room, delicious breakfast, and the staff are absolute gems! I felt like royalty-almost. But waiting forever for my taxi? Oh, what a thrill! If I wanted suspense, I'd watch a movie, darling!

    Location: the hotel was right by restaurants as well as the mall, restaurants & cafes. All the staff was exceptionally kind, settled my issues.

    Excellent hotel, spent our time lovely. Enjoyed our convenient rooms and the staff were helpful and easy going. The property was in a marvellous location, in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was short walk to the mall, and Erbil.

    We had an amazing overall experience at Hyatt Regency. The staff, from reception to the restaurant front desk, were helpful and supportive. The gym and spa facilities were great. Special thanks to Nian Hashim for organizing everything. The location was perfect, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

    One drawback was the breakfast, which could have had more options of Indian dishes liked by Middle Eastern guests. the temperature system in the rooms was a bit difficult to control, as it was centralized and didn't allow for individual preferences.

    I greatly enjoyed every detail about my lovely 3-night stay here. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. I really enjoyed every aspect of my lovely 3-night stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just 2 miles from Sami Abdulrahman Park, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

    Our Christmas stay was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff, particularly Tony, who was very courteous and helpful. The location was truly unique and offered many amenities nearby. We particularly enjoyed the cozy and clean rooms and the stunning view from our window.

    While our stay was exceptional overall, breakfast was somewhat of a disappointment. The temperature system was not properly functioning, which made the food less than enjoyable.

    I had a great time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional and helpful. The hotel location is fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby. The cleanliness and facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were respectful and made me feel welcome.

    This hotel is strategically located with easy access to nearby facilities. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the coffee was amazing. The gym and spa were well-equipped and clean. We loved the comfortable beds and the stunning view from our room.

    The price of the hotel and tax were a bit high.

    From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. the gentleman who showed us to our room was very professional and helpful, and the reception staff were wonderful and respectful. the hotel is in a great location, close to many facilities. We had a fantastic vacation with our family, and the hotel was perfect for our needs!

    The central heating on some floors during the winter was a little too high, but the staff were fantastic in quickly finding a solution and upgrading our room. we had an outstanding experience and would recommend this hotel for both business trips and family vacations.

    Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were helpful and welcoming. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and sun terrace, made my stay luxurious and relaxing. the location was also great with many facilities nearby. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food and drinks.

    this didn't detract from the overall excellent experience I had at this hotel.
